What do we do?
We give FREE legal advice for young people aged 12 25 years. In some cases, we can represent young people as well. Our Youth Solicitor usually gives the advice.

When can you get legal advice from us?
- Phone us on Tuesday evenings between 6:00pm - 8:00pm
- Phone us on Thursday afternoons between 2.30pm - 5:00pm
- Phone us during business hours to make a face-to-face appointment (these appointments are usually on Tuesday evenings or Thursday afternoons).
- Phone us (or Traxside Youth Health Service on 4625 2525) to make an afternoon appointment at Traxside on the second Tuesday of each month.
- If English is not your first language, phone us to make an appointment at Macarthur Diversity Services for every second Wednesday morning.
What other assistance do we provide?
- Children’s Court Assistance Scheme (CCAS) every Monday at Campbelltown Children’s Court
- Workers provide support for young people at court in their criminal or Apprehended Violence Order matter. Young people are assisted with speaking to a free Legal Aid Solicitor and other court staff and youth workers.
- Workers provide information and referral to young people at court regarding any needs the young people may have. For example, young people may need assistance with their accommodation, Centrelink payments, or counselling.
- For women aged 18 years or older we can refer you to our legal centre’s Macarthur Women’s Domestic Violence Court Assistance Scheme. Please click on their link above left.
